FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announced that, in accordance with its stock option plan adopted on September 19, 2024, the company granted a total of 5,124,400 stock options to eligible individuals on November 19, 2024. Each stock option allows the holder to subscribe for ordinary shares (H-shares) of the company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a price of HK$41.19 per share. However, the exercise of the stock options is subject to acceptance by the grantees.
