Wuxi Unicomp Technology (688531.SH) issued an announcement that its subsidiaries Shenzhen Unicomp Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Subsidiary") and Chongqing Unicomp Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chongqing Subsidiary") are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company. In order to meet the business development needs of the subsidiaries and enhance their competitiveness, the company plans to increase the registered capital of the Shenzhen Subsidiary by 90 million RMB and the Chongqing Subsidiary by 250 million RMB. After the increase in registered capital, the registered capital of the Shenzhen Subsidiary will be increased to 150 million RMB, and the registered capital of the Chongqing Subsidiary will be increased to 300 million RMB. The company will still hold 100% equity of the Shenzhen Subsidiary and the Chongqing Subsidiary.
The capital increase for the wholly-owned subsidiaries is based on the company's overall development strategy and is beneficial for enhancing the subsidiaries' overall competitiveness and further improving the company's core competitiveness, which is in line with the long-term development interests of the company. After the increase in registered capital, the Shenzhen Subsidiary and the Chongqing Subsidiary will remain wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, and it will not lead to changes in the company's consolidated financial statements, nor will it have any adverse impact on the company's financial position, main business, or continuous operating ability. There are no circumstances that would harm the interests of the company and its shareholders.
