Changzhou Xiangming Intelligent Drive System Corporation (301226.SZ) announced that, according to a previous announcement, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Jiangsu Jiugao Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiugao Electronics" or "Party B1"), Jiangsu Liutou Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Liutou Technology" or "Party B2", collectively referred to as "Party B") and Zhai Zhongmin (referred to as "Party C1"), Cao Yanping (referred to as "Party C2", collectively referred to as "Party C") in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province on June 6, 2024. Based on long-term development strategies and the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation, the three parties will carry out business cooperation in the production and research and development of products such as motors and fans. Since the signing of the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement", the three parties have actively communicated on future cooperation, and made efforts to promote related cooperation matters, but there has been no substantial progress. Now, based on the actual situation, and through friendly negotiation among the three parties, they have unanimously agreed to terminate the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement", and signed the "Agreement on the Termination of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement" on November 18, 2024.
