RIZHAO PORT JR(06117): Gao Zhiyuan appointed as Deputy General Manager

Rizhao Port JR (06117) announced that at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Zhou Tao, Mr. Xiao Guoliang, Mr. Yan Mingren, Mr. Fang Lei, and Ms. Liu Rong were re-elected as non-executive directors; Mr. Chen Zhou was re-elected as an executive director; and Mr. Zhang Zixue, Mr. Li Wentai, and Mr. Wu Xibin were re-elected as independent non-executive directors. At the board meeting held on the same day as the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Zhou Tao was appointed as the chairman of the board, effective immediately. Ms. Feng Hui and Mr. Tan Weiguang were re-elected as shareholder representative supervisors. At the company's staff representative assembly held on November 19, 2024, Gao Zhiyuan retired due to other work arrangements and did not seek re-election. Cui Guanghui was selected as a staff representative supervisor. Additionally, Gao Zhiyuan was appointed as the company's deputy general manager, effective from November 19, 2024.
