BINHAI TEDA (08348) appointed Xian Certified Public Accountants as the international auditor.

BINHAI TEDA (08348) announces that, following the completion of the audit for the year ending December 31, 2023, the company has reached the maximum allowable cooperation period with Guowei Certified Public Accountants. As a result, Guowei has resigned as the auditor, effective from October 25, 2024. Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee and in accordance with the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Xianji Accounting Firm as the new auditor, effective from October 25, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Guowei's resignation. However, this appointment is subject to approval by the shareholders at a Special General Meeting. Following the approval of the first resolution at the Special General Meeting, Xianji Accounting Firm has been appointed as the international auditor of the company, effective from the conclusion of the Special General Meeting until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
