GRAND TALENTS (08516) has announced that Zhongzhuo Universal Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Zhongzhuo Universal) has resigned as the group auditor due to a lack of team resources with relevant professional knowledge to handle the audit of the comprehensive financial statements of the group for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025, effective from November 19, 2024. After considering the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Opbouw International Certified Public Accountants (Opbouw International) as the company's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Zhongzhuo Universal, effective from November 19, 2024, and serving until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
