Sinoma Energy Conservation (603126.SH) announced recently that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Building Materials Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "contractor") has signed a provincial Phase II 120MWp distributed rooftop photovoltaic project EPC general contracting framework procurement contract with Guoneng Jiangsu New Energy Development Source Technology Development Co., Ltd. The total contract amount is 384 million yuan. The contractor will be responsible for the resource development, engineering survey and design, government filing, grid connection, design, procurement, and construction of the approximately 120MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project in the project's location.
