Shanghai Pret Composites (002324.SZ) will cooperate with Guangzhou Lianmao and Lunai around LCP film products.

Shanghai Pret Composites (002324.SZ) announced that the company ("Party B") has recently engaged in in-depth exchanges and cooperation with Guangzhou Lianmao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Lianmao" or "Party A"), a subsidiary of China Taiwan-listed company Lianmao Electronics Group, and Shanghai Lunnai New Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lunnai" or "Party C"), on the research and development, as well as mass production, of LCP film products. The three parties are jointly seeking to promote the application of LCP film materials in various fields such as electronic communication, AI servers, and new energy vehicles, in order to facilitate technological progress of new materials and promote new applications in the market. The three parties have reached an agreement and signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement". According to the agreement, the three parties will collaborate comprehensively on the verification, mass production, and commercial application of the full range of LCP film products. As strategic partners, Party B will leverage its upstream industrial technological advantages and domestically developed LCP film products, Party A will utilize its application technology experience in flexible circuit boards and its customer and market advantages in downstream industries such as electronic communication, and Party C will contribute its rich resources in terminal customers and electronic communication fields, as well as outstanding market development capabilities, in jointly verifying and promoting the application of LCP film products. Party B will be responsible for developing and mass producing high-performance LCP film products, Party A will focus on developing and producing copper-clad laminate products that meet downstream application requirements, and Party C will be responsible for market development in new areas, collectively driving downstream core customers to verify and use the products in mass quantity.
