TONTINE WINES (00389) announces that as of November 13, 2024, Mr. Qiu Ziwei (Mr. Qiu) has been appointed as a non-executive director; Mr. Zhang Xiaowei (Mr. Zhang) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director; Mr. Lai Weiqing (Mr. Lai) has been appointed as a joint company secretary; and Mr. Sun Jialiang (Mr. Sun) has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer, authorized representative as per Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange (Listing Rules), and Chairman of the Board. The current company secretary, Ms. Chen Shuwen (Ms. Chen), will remain in her position and serve as the other joint company secretary.
