RELIANCE GLO HL (00723) announced that as of November 18, 2024, Ms. Chen Yuyi has resigned from her positions as Executive Director, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative of the company, as well as no longer being a member of the company's Executive Committee; and Ms. Yao Huiyi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative of the company.
