FEG Holdings (01413) announced that Crowe (Hong Kong) LLP (Crowe) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 18, 2024. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board of Directors has appointed BDO Limited (BDO) as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Crowe's resignation, effective from November 18, 2024, until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.

The controlling shareholder of Invengo Information Technology (002161.SZ), Xu Yusu, plans to transfer 5% of the company's shares to Li Peng for a consideration of 181 million yuan.
