FEG Holdings (01413) announced that Crowe (Hong Kong) LLP (Crowe) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 18, 2024. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board of Directors has appointed BDO Limited (BDO) as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Crowe's resignation, effective from November 18, 2024, until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
