("Fuhua Technology"), who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 12.9195 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after the disclosure of this reduction plan announcement for 15 trading days, not exceeding 3% of the total share capital of the company.
