SITOY GROUP (01023): Li Baoyu appointed as Chairman of the Compensation Committee.

SITOY GROUP (01023) announced that, effective immediately after the conclusion of the shareholders' annual general meeting, Dr. Liu Jiancheng will retire as a non-executive director and will no longer be a member of the company's Environment, Social and Governance Committee. Mr. Long Hongzhao will retire as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the company's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. Ms. Li Baoyu has been appointed as the chairman of the company's Remuneration Committee.
