KTK Group Co., Ltd. (603680.SH) issued an announcement that the company recently received a notification letter from its shareholder China Railway Transportation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Railway") regarding its share reduction plan. Due to its own operational and development needs, China Railway plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and bulk trading within 3 months after the disclosure of this announcement, starting 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, by a total of no more than 23.51 million shares, which is not more than 3% of the total number of company shares.
