GREEN LEADER (00061) announced that, after considering factors such as its available internal resources, KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 15, 2024. In addition, the board has decided to appoint BDO as the company's new auditor, effective from November 15, 2024, to fill the interim vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG, with the term ending on the completion of the company's next annual general meeting.
