CALB (03931) announced that the first term of the company's board of directors has expired. In accordance with the company's articles of association and the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the board of directors has agreed to nominate Ms. Liu Jingyu and Mr. Dai Ying as candidates for executive directors of the second term of the board of directors, Ms. Hu Jing and Mr. Li Jiancun as candidates for non-executive directors of the second term of the board of directors, and Mr. Wu Guangquan, Mr. Wang Susheng, and Mr. Chen Zetong as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the second term of the board of directors. The board of directors will submit these proposals at the special general meeting of shareholders for their consideration and approval. The first term of the company's supervisory board has expired. In accordance with the company's articles of association and the Company Law, the supervisory board has agreed to nominate Mr. Li Hui and Ms. Cheng Yan as representatives of the non-employee directors (supervisors) for the second term of the supervisory board. The supervisory board will submit these proposals at the special general meeting of shareholders for their consideration and approval.
