Beiken Energy Group (002828.SZ) announced that the company will sell the industrial land use rights and buildings located in the Karamay Petrochemical Park to Xinjiang Qirui Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. ("Qirui Petroleum") for a total of 32 million yuan including taxes. This asset sale is beneficial for further improving the company's overall asset utilization efficiency, optimizing asset structure, and enhancing asset liquidity.
