ZHONGLIANG HLDG (02772) announced that the company has reached an agreement with the company's auditor Ernst & Young LLP (EY), who has resigned as the company's auditor starting from November 15, 2024, due to the inability of the company and EY to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Upon recommendation from the audit committee, the board of directors has appointed Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants LLP (Zhonghui Anda) as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by EY's resignation, effective from November 15, 2024, until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
