Xinyu Iron & Steel (600782.SH) Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Lu Meilin resigns.

Xinyu Iron & Steel (600782.SH) issued an announcement recently stating that the Board of Directors has received a written resignation report from Mr. Lu Meilin. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Lu Meilin has applied to resign from his positions as a director, CFO, Company Secretary, and member of the Board's special committees. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Lu Meilin will no longer hold any position within the company. Until a new Company Secretary is appointed, Mr. Liu Jianrong, the Chairman of the Board, will temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Company Secretary.
