Jiayu Holding (300117.SZ) announced that the company has received a notice from industrial investor Beijing Daorong Helike Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Daorong Helike Group") regarding their unilateral termination of the restructuring investment in the company. Daorong Helike Group believes that the feasibility of completing all pre-approval within the requested timeframe is low, and therefore they and the co-financial investors are unable to obtain the company's stock as per the agreements in the "Restructuring Investment Agreement" and its supplementary agreement.
