LANGHAM-SS(01270): Confiscate uncollected distributions

LANGHAM-SS (01270) announces that, in accordance with clause 15.3 of the trust deed constituting Langham Hotel Investment and regulation 24.28 of Langham Hotel Investment Limited's articles of association, the board of directors of Langham Hotel Management Company Limited and the company's board of directors may decide to forfeit and return to the trust any dividends that have not been claimed six years after the declaration date. The board hereby notifies the trust and the unit holders of the company that the mid-year dividends for 2017 declared on September 29, 2017, and year-end dividends for 2017 declared on May 16, 2018, will be forfeited and returned to the trust if not claimed by December 16, 2024.
