RAILY AESMED (02135) announced that on December 5, 2023, the company entered into a service agreement with Youxin, whereby Youxin is required to facilitate the completion of the transaction. According to the service agreement, the services provided by Youxin to the company include: (a) communication and negotiation with Suneva, and facilitating the signing and completion of the supply agreement; and (b) facilitating the company to become the registration agent for Bellafill in China. The service fee is $1.3 million. The announcement stated that the service agreement is aimed at having Youxin provide communication and negotiation services to reduce potential business risks, shorten the time required for the company to obtain and complete the supply agreement, and become the exclusive distributor of Bellafill in the Greater China region, thereby facilitating the company to complete the transaction with Suneva.
