Spic Yuanda Environmental-Protection (600292.SH) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation application from director and general manager Mr. Peng Shuangqun. Due to job changes, Mr. Peng Shuangqun intends to resign from the positions of director of the 10th Board of Directors, general manager of the company, and member of the 10th Board of Directors' Strategic and Investment Committee. After resigning, he will not hold any position in the company.
