JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) announced that on November 14, 2024, the company, CCCC Highway Investment Co., Ltd., and Guangjing Xicheng Company signed an "Capital Increase Agreement". Guangjing Xicheng Company increased its capital by RMB 1.6 billion, with its shareholders contributing according to their shareholding proportions. The company subscribed RMB 1.36 billion to Guangjing Xicheng Company's capital increase of RMB 410 million, and CCCC Highway Investment Co., Ltd. subscribed RMB 240 million to Guangjing Xicheng Company's capital increase of RMB 72.3 million.
After this capital increase, the registered capital of Guangjing Xicheng Company will increase to RMB 29.82 billion, with the company contributing a total amount of RMB 25.35 billion, holding a 85% stake, and CCCC Highway Investment Co., Ltd. contributing a total amount of RMB 4.47 billion, holding a 15% stake.
