Shenzhen Injoinic Technology (688209.SH) announced that from November 5, 2024 to November 14, 2024, the company's shareholders Gongqingcheng Keyuan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Gongqingcheng Keyuan") and its concerted action party Gongqingcheng Exhibition Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Gongqingcheng Exhibition"), and Hefei Yuancheng Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hefei Yuancheng") reduced their holdings by 4.8961 million shares during the reduction plan period through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.15% of the company's total share capital. After internal research by Gongqingcheng Keyuan and its concerted action parties, it was decided to terminate the reduction plan early.
