CAPITAL REALM (00204) completed the placement of 173 million shares, raising a net amount of approximately HK$39.8 million.

CAPITAL REALM (00204) announces that, as of the date of this announcement, all conditions precedent have been fulfilled, and the completion has been implemented on November 14, 2024. A total of 173 million shares of placement shares have been successfully placed at a price of HK$0.237 per share to not less than six placing agents, representing approximately 16.67% of the total issued share capital of the company after the completion of the issuance and placement of shares. After deducting placement commission and other related expenses, the net proceeds from the placement amount to approximately HK$39.8 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the placement for the following purposes: approximately HK$5 million or 12.56% of the net proceeds from the placement for the repayment of some of the group's existing debts; approximately HK$4.8 million or 12.06% of the net proceeds from the placement for general working capital of the group; and approximately HK$30 million or 75.38% of the net proceeds from the placement for any investments in opportunities discovered by the group to support its business.
