Bohai Ferry Group (603167.SH) issued an announcement stating that the controlling shareholder, Liaoyu Group, intends to increase its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange within 12 months from the date of this announcement. The increase in shareholding shall not exceed 2% of the total share capital of the company, which is equivalent to no more than 9,382,890 shares. The total amount of the increase shall not be less than RMB 40 million and shall not exceed RMB 80 million. Liaoyu Group's decision is based on their confidence in the future development of the company and their recognition of the long-term investment value of the company.
