Zhuhai Enpower Electric (300681.SZ) announced that the company has recently signed a share subscription agreement with EHang Intelligent Technology Holdings Limited ("EHang"). The company plans to use its own funds to subscribe for $12.6 million worth of EHang's privately placed shares. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the subscription has completed the relevant overseas direct investment approval procedures and completed the relevant foreign exchange procedures with the foreign exchange regulator ("ODI approval").
