Western Region Gold (601069.SH) announced that the company's second largest shareholder, Yang Shengrong, who is also the Vice Chairman of Western Region Gold, increased his holdings of Western Region Gold A shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system on November 14, 2024. He purchased a total of 3.2 million shares with his own funds, amounting to 39.7345 million yuan, accounting for 0.35% of the company's total share capital.
Yang Shengrong plans to increase his holdings of the company's A shares through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (including but not limited to centralized bidding transactions, block trades, etc.). The total amount of the increase will not be less than 100 million yuan (including the base amount), but not more than 200 million yuan (including the base amount). The implementation period of this increase plan is 6 months, starting from the first day of Yang Shengrong's increased shareholding.
