On October 7th, Daryl Ng first declared that, through his company Yang Xiecheng and his family office, he collectively held over 5% of Vitasoy's equity. In response to this, Sino Land announced, "The acquisition action is in line with the policy of investing in leading companies in the Asian region and has increased the company's investment in the plant-based beverage industry in mainland China and Hong Kong."
