Modern Avenue Group (002656.SZ) announcement, the company's board of directors recently received written resignation reports from Mr. Lin Yichao, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Chen Kaimin, Independent Director, Ms. Qiu Shuang, Independent Director, and Ms. Huang Shuying, Independent Director. In view of the adjustment of the company's governance structure, Mr. Lin Yichao has decided to resign from the positions of General Manager, Chairman of the Board, Acting Secretary of the Board, Director, Convener of the Board Strategy Committee, and member of the Board Compensation and Assessment Committee, as well as all positions held in the company and its subsidiaries. His original term was supposed to end when the sixth session of the Board of Directors expires. After resignation, Mr. Lin Yichao will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries.
