Changqing Machinery (603768.SH) announced that recently, the company has used its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hefei Changhui Auto Parts Co., Ltd., in Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province. The subsidiary has completed business registration and obtained a business license with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. This external investment using its own funds will not have any impact on the company's normal operating funds. If the future projects are successfully implemented, it will further enhance and improve the company's profitability.
