As of the afternoon of November 5, 2024, a total of 52 valid acceptances and applications were received, involving a total of approximately 729 million shares in the rights issue, equivalent to about 4.4381 times the total number of shares available for subscription in the rights issue. The rights issue will become unconditional at 4:00 pm on November 6, 2024 (Wednesday). The total amount raised from the rights issue will be approximately HK$4.27 billion, with a net amount of approximately HK$4.254 billion.
