(referred to as "Qingdao Jinshi"); Tibet Hehe Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tibet Hehe") and its concerted action person Tianjin Qiaobin Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tianjin Qiaobin"). Among them, China CITIC Securities Investment and its concerted action person plan to reduce a total of no more than 13.7452 million shares, accounting for not more than 1.0063% of the total share capital of the company. Tibet Hehe plans to reduce no more than 37.5549 million shares, accounting for not more than 2.7495% of the total share capital of the company; Tianjin Qiaobin plans to reduce no more than 3 million shares, accounting for not more than 0.2196% of the total share capital of the company.
