Sunyes Manufacturing (002388.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Quzhou Baoxin Yangdi Technology Development Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Baoxin Yangdi") and its concerted action person have confidence in the company's future development prospects and long-term investment value. In order to promote the company's sustainable, healthy, and stable development and enhance investor confidence, they plan to implement a plan to increase their holdings in the company. Baoxin Yangdi and/or its concerted action person plan to increase their holdings in the company through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system (including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading methods) starting from November 13, 2024, for a period of 6 months. They plan to increase their holdings by not less than 5.107 million shares (1% of the current total share capital of the company), but not more than 10.214 million shares (2% of the current total share capital of the company), with an increase price not exceeding 8 yuan per share.
