PT INTL DEV (00372) announced that the Board of Directors has proposed a stock consolidation, with a ratio of 10 existing shares with a par value of 0.01 Hong Kong dollars each to be consolidated into 1 share with a par value of 0.10 Hong Kong dollars. The stock consolidation must be approved by the shareholders at a special general meeting before it can take effect.
As of the date of this announcement, the existing shares are traded on the Stock Exchange in lots of 30,000 shares. After the stock consolidation takes effect, the trading units for the consolidated shares will remain unchanged at 30,000 shares per lot.
