SIWI SCI & TECH (01202) announced that, following approval at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, Li Tao and Wu Xiaodong have been appointed as executive directors of the eleventh board of directors; Chen Wei, Xu Jiaxin, and Xu Ningbo have been appointed as non-executive directors of the eleventh board of directors; Fu Wenjie, Kang Yiguo, and Li Shaorong have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the eleventh board of directors. In addition, according to the service contracts with Wang Cheng, Gao Bo, and Liu Jun, each retiring supervisor must be appointed as a supervisor of the company until the end of the tenth board of supervisors term on November 12, 2024.
