Yoke Technology Co., Ltd. (002409.SZ) completes the investment in Shenyang Yichuang and acquires assets. With this, Yoke Technology will enter the broad semiconductor equipment cleaning service industry.

Jiangsu Yoke Technology (002409.SZ) announced that, as previously disclosed, the company plans to jointly invest in Shenyang Yichuang Precision Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shenyang Yichuang") with Shenyang Advanced Manufacturing Technology Industry Co., Ltd. ("Shenyang Advanced"). Shenyang Yichuang has signed an Acquisition Agreement with SK enpulse Co., Ltd. ("SK enpulse Company") to purchase 90% of the equity in SKC solmics Hong Kong Limited ("SSHK"). Recently, the company received notification from Shenyang Yichuang that it has signed a Delivery Agreement with SK enpulse Company and has completed the delivery of the transaction as stipulated in the Acquisition Agreement. Through this acquisition, Shenyang Yichuang will indirectly hold 90% of the equity in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Isokhei Semiconductor Materials (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., through SSHK. This acquisition will enable the company to indirectly enter the broad semiconductor equipment cleaning service industry.
