Shanghai Jiaoda Onlly (600530.SH) announced that as of November 12, 2024, the company's controlling shareholder Shanghai Yunjian and concerted actors increased their holdings of the company's shares by a total of 28.2845 million shares through centralized competitive trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 3.65% of the company's total share capital. After this increase, Shanghai Yunjian and concerted actors hold 232 million shares of the company, accounting for 29.99% of the total share capital. As of November 12, 2024, Shanghai Yunjian and concerted actors' current increase plan has been fully implemented.
