China National Nuclear Power's subsidiary company plans to acquire 100% equity of Tielai Wind Power for 448 million yuan.

China National Nuclear Power (601985.SH) issued an announcement that CNHC Heilongjiang Company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's controlling subsidiary, CNHC. Tailai Wind Power is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harbin Jiuzhou Group's Jiuzhou Energy, with Jiuzhou Energy holding 100% of Tailai Wind Power's equity. The wind power project currently in operation has a installed capacity of 100MW.
In order to implement the company's clean energy development strategy, promote the optimization of industrial structure, and upgrade transformation, CNHC Heilongjiang Company intends to sign a contract with Jiuzhou Energy for the transfer of 100% equity in Tailai Wind Power held by Jiuzhou Energy for 448 million yuan. The funds for the equity transaction will be disbursed from CNHC's capital to CNHC Heilongjiang Company.
After the completion of this equity transfer, CNHC Heilongjiang Company will become the controlling shareholder of Tailai Wind Power, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will change to include Tailai Wind Power. The successful implementation of this transaction will help optimize resource allocation, align with the company's long-term development strategy, and benefit all shareholders.
