Weichai Power (02338) announced that Qu Hongkun has resigned as the company's Chief Financial Officer due to a change in work arrangements, effective from November 11, 2024. Wang Cuiping has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective from November 11, 2024.

Weichai Power (02338) plans to increase the capital of Shandong Heavy Industry Group Finance Co., Ltd. by 784 million yuan.
