(referred to as the "buyer") for the purchase of a "Zheneng Wuwei 21000MW Peaking Coal-fired Power Plant Project Direct Air-cooled System Procurement Contract." The contract includes the direct air-cooled system, main related equipment, technical documents, special tools, spare parts, personnel training and technical coordination, technical services, and technical guidance for the Zheneng Wuwei 21000MW Peaking Coal-fired Power Plant Project. The contract amount is approximately 148 million yuan.
According to publicly available information on the internet, the Zheneng Wuwei 21000MW Peaking Coal-fired Power Plant Project is located in Minqin County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province. The construction scale of this project includes 21000MW highly efficient ultra-supercritical coal-fired air-cooled generating units, along with the simultaneous construction of desulfurization and denitrification facilities. This project is part of the Zhejiang Energy Group's "Gandian Ruzhe" supporting power project. Once completed, it will become one of the main peaking power sources in the Hexi region, providing important power supply and peaking support for the Tengger Desert Hexi New Energy Base DC power transmission to Zhejiang in the "14th Five-Year Plan".
The total amount of this contract is approximately 148 million yuan, accounting for 0.64% of the company's audited operating income for the year 2023.
