Lifan Technology (601777.SH) announced that its fully-owned subsidiary Henan Lifan New Energy Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henan Lifan") has been ruled by the People's Court of Jiyuan City, Henan Province to terminate the bankruptcy liquidation process.
Since entering bankruptcy proceedings on December 15, 2023, Henan Lifan will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The termination of the bankruptcy liquidation process will not have any adverse effects on the company's financial position and operating results, and will not affect the development of the company's existing main business.
