WALNUT CAP (00905) announces that, due to current work processes, Kaiyuan Xinde Certified Public Accountants LLP ("Kaiyuan Xinde") has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 11, 2024, after considering factors such as its available internal resources. After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been decided to appoint Zhongzhi Xin (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants LLP ("New Auditor") as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Kaiyuan Xinde's resignation, effective from November 11, 2024, and serving until the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
