Jiafa Education (300559.SZ) announced that the company has learned that shareholder Chen Daqiang, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has signed a divorce agreement with Yan Qin.
Chengdu Jiafaantai Education Technology (300559.SZ) announced that the company has been informed that shareholders with more than 5% stake, Chen Daqiang and Yan Qin, have signed a divorce agreement and completed the procedures to dissolve their marriage, and have made arrangements regarding the division of the company's shares.
It is reported that before the division of assets in this divorce, Chen Daqiang held 7.6976% of the company's shares. According to the divorce agreement signed by Chen Daqiang and Yan Qin, Chen Daqiang intends to transfer his 12 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.0036% of the total shares, to Yan Qin. After the division of assets in this divorce, Chen Daqiang's shareholding will decrease to 4.6940%, no longer making him a shareholder with more than 5% stake in the company; while Yan Qin's shareholding will reach 3.0036%.
