Yankuang Energy Group (600188.SH) announced that on September 25, 2024, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Energy"), on September 24, 2024. The announcement stated that Shandong Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yankuang Group (Cayman) Co., Ltd., as the issuer, and Shandong Energy as the guarantor, would issue convertible bonds on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with 2.83 billion H-shares of the company held by Shandong Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yankuang Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., as the underlying shares.
