NWS HOLDINGS (00659) announced that the board of directors of NWS HOLDINGS Limited (the company, together with its subsidiaries referred to as the Group) has proposed to change the English name of the company from "NWS Holdings Limited" to "CTF Services Limited", and to adopt "CHOW TAI FOOK Development Limited" as the company's second Chinese name, to replace the current Chinese name "NWS HOLDINGS Limited" (proposed name change for the company).

Hon Hai's Q1 revenue increased by 29.68% compared to the same period last year. It is expected that Q2 sales will increase both sequentially and year-on-year.
