Longjian Road & Bridge (600853.SH) announcement, the Board of Directors received a written resignation from Tian Yulong on September 24. Tian Yulong resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors (legal representative), Director, Chairman of the Strategic Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee due to job changes. After resignation, Tian Yulong will no longer hold any positions in the company and will no longer serve as the legal representative of the company.
The Board of Directors agreed that Ning Changyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the company, will act as Chairman and legal representative until a new Chairman is formally elected by the Board of Directors.
