Chengdu Jiafaantai Education Technology (300559.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Yuan Bin, and shareholder with more than 5% of the shares, Tibet De Yuan Tai Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "De Yuan Tai") signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement" with Quan Yida Private Equity Fund Management (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (representing Quan Yida Sesame Blossom 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund) (referred to as "Quan Yida Fund") on September 23, 2024. Through the agreement, Yuan Bin and De Yuan Tai plan to transfer a total of 23.17 million shares (5.8% of the company's total shares) of Chengdu Jiafaantai Education Technology to Quan Yida Fund by way of transfer.
