DOYEN INTL HOLD(00668): Dong Rui and Shanghai Hong Xuan have entered into two factoring agreements.

DOYEN INTL HOLD (00668) announced that on September 10, 2024, its joint venture company (a Sino-foreign joint venture established under Chinese law, of which the Company owns 77.58% through Eastwin Investment) entered into a factoring agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongrui and Shanghai Hongxuan. Dongrui agreed to provide financing for a period of one year from the date of signing the factoring agreement 1. The factoring amount is RMB 15.5 million (approximately HKD 17.1 million), with accounts receivable transferred by Shanghai Hongxuan's factoring clients to Shanghai Hongxuan as collateral. On September 24, 2024, Dongrui entered into a factoring agreement 2, agreeing to provide financing for a one-year period from the date of signing the agreement. The factoring amount is RMB 25.5 million (approximately HKD 28.1 million), with accounts receivable transferred by Shanghai Hongxuan's factoring clients to Shanghai Hongxuan as collateral.
